How we price
Spaces Operations is $999 a month per location under 10,000 sq ft, $1,495 up to 20,000 sq ft and $1,995 above. Spaces Essentials is $799 for spaces under 10,000 sq ft. Each extra location is 15% off the platform. Setup is one month of each item; Growth's extra locations have a one-time $1,500 launch instead. Landing pages are one time: $1,500, then $1,000 each. No per-member fees, no cut of your revenue. Call minutes over the plan are $1 a minute on Operations and $1.50 on Essentials. Colin in a second language is $99 a month. Fortavo Spaces starts from $799 a month per location with no limit on members, no per-member fees, no member bands and no cut of your revenue. That includes Colin, our AI front desk, answering every call. Add Growth from +$2,499 a month and our team builds and runs your website, landing pages, SEO and ads on one platform. Bought separately, software, a front desk, a website, SEO and ads come to at least $60,000 in your first year; Fortavo Spaces Operations with Growth is about $45,000, with our team doing it for you. Do you charge per member or take a cut of revenue?
No. There's no limit on members and no per-member fees or member bands, so your bill doesn't grow every time you sign someone. No percentage of your revenue and no nickel-and-dime add-ons either: one monthly price per location.
Do I have to switch everything at once?
No. We plan the move around your calendar and bring your members, agreements and billing over with you, then turn on the website, ads and Colin.
What does it cost for more than one location?

Is there a long contract?
There's a six-month launch period while we build and tune everything. After that it's month to month.
Who pays for the ads themselves?
You pay Google and Meta directly for ad spend. We manage the campaigns and never take a percentage of what you spend.

The team behind WorkLodge, Houston's oldest coworking space, which has run flexible space for over a decade. We built Fortavo to run our own space first. You run your space; we run Fortavo and stay with you after launch: we run your marketing, send you a report every month and, on the full bundle, sit down with you for 30 minutes every month. We know what it takes to keep members happy and desks and offices full.
What should I ask other platforms before I sign?
Ask whether they take a percentage of your revenue, including revenue you don't process through them, and whether the price goes up as you add members. Get it in writing. With Fortavo the answer to both is no: one monthly price per location, no cut of your revenue and no limit on members.
Training for your front desk team. Add Fortavo Training to your plan for ready-made lessons on tours, the front desk, members, meeting rooms and events, all in your own words. It's an add-on, priced per person.
