SMS Terms

What you'll receive

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Fortavo LLC at the number you provide about the request you made. This includes confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to messages you send us. Replies may come from our AI assistant, and a real person on our team is always available. We don't send promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages.

Reply HELP for help, or email hello@letsgofortavo.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
