Why does Fortavo start higher than some coworking software?
Because it covers more than software. Spaces includes Colin, our AI receptionist, answering every call and our team doing the setup and data move, and the Growth add-on replaces a web developer, an SEO specialist and an ads manager. Compare what you pay in total each month, not just the software line.
Do you charge per member or take a cut of revenue?
No. There's no limit on members and no per-member fees or member bands, so your bill doesn't grow every time you sign someone. No percentage of your revenue and no payment markups either: one monthly price per location.
Is there a free trial?
No. We do the setup work for you, building your system and moving your data, so it's paid from day one. There's a six-month launch period while we build and tune everything, then it's month to month.
Can you move us off our current software?
Yes. We plan the move around your calendar and bring your members, agreements and billing over with hands-on help, then turn on the website, ads and Colin.
