Why does Fortavo start higher than some coworking software?
Because it covers more than software. Spaces includes Colin, our AI receptionist, answering every call and our team doing the setup and data move, and the Growth add-on replaces a web developer, an SEO specialist and an ads manager. Do you charge per member or take a cut of revenue?
No. There's no limit on members and no per-member fees or member bands, so your bill doesn't grow every time you sign someone. No percentage of your revenue and no payment markups either: one monthly price per location.
