What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our forms, we collect your name, email, phone number, business details and the answers you provide. If you agree, we may also send you text messages about your request.

Information collected automatically. Basic usage information (pages visited, time on the site, device type) collected to keep the site running and improve it.

Site and session data. We automatically collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, device and browser type, general location (derived from IP address), and a unique identifier stored on your device. If you later provide your name, email or other contact information through our forms, we may link that identifier, and the browsing activity associated with it, both before and after that point, to your identity.

Form entries as you type. When you fill in one of our forms, we save what you enter as you go, even if you don't press submit, so we can help with your request. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example, where people click and scroll); Clarity hides what you type in form fields.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, reach out about Fortavo, deliver our services, run the site and improve what we do. We don't sell your data.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share information with vendors and service providers who help us run the business (such as hosting, email, and messaging providers), and with advertising partners such as Meta to measure and improve our ads, using information like pages visited, cookies, and form submissions. We may also share information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our business or assets. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or consent records with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@letsgofortavo.com. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, email hello@letsgofortavo.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, Fortavo LLC will text you at the number you provide about the request you made, such as confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to messages you send us. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
