Opening your first space.
Before you sign a lease or a build-out contract, not after.
I've run coworking in Houston for 11 years, across two locations, and built them out from bare shell. If you're opening, expanding or stuck, I'll look at your space, your numbers and your setup, and tell you what I'd change first.
Before you sign a lease or a build-out contract, not after.
What to copy from the first one, and what not to.
Or short on tours altogether.

Two-hour minimum.
Pick a time and send over your numbers: rates, occupancy, tours and what you pay for software today. We'll send a short checklist.

Within two weeks of the walkthrough.
Yes. Your numbers stay between us.
Yes. That's often the best time. Site selection, lease terms and build-out are where the expensive mistakes happen.

I take only a few assessments each month. Book a time, or call Colin, our AI receptionist, and he'll set it up.
