How we price
Spaces Operations is $999 a month per location under 10,000 sq ft, $1,495 up to 20,000 sq ft and $1,995 above. Spaces Essentials is $799 for spaces under 10,000 sq ft. Each extra location is 15% off the platform. Setup is one month of each item; Growth's extra locations have a one-time $1,500 launch instead. Landing pages are one time: $1,500, then $1,000 each. No per-member fees, no cut of your revenue. Call minutes over the plan are $1 a minute on Operations and $1.50 on Essentials. Colin in a second language is $99 a month. Our team sets it up and moves your data over. Spaces starts from $799 a month per location, or $999 with Colin Front Desk, with no limit on members.

Do you charge per member or take a cut of revenue?
No. There's no limit on members and no per-member fees or member bands, so your bill doesn't grow every time you sign someone. No percentage of your revenue and no nickel-and-dime add-ons either: one monthly price per location.
Who is this for?
Salon suite owners with around 10 suites or more, in one building or several. That's where rent collection, leases and filling empty suites take real time every week.
Can renters pay weekly?
Yes. Weekly or monthly rent, by card or bank, with late payments flagged the same day.
Do my renters have to learn new software?
No. They get a link to sign their lease and pay. That's it.
Is there a long contract?
There's a six-month launch period while we build and tune everything. After that it's month to month.
Who pays for the ads themselves?
You pay Google and Meta directly for ad spend. We manage the campaigns and never take a percentage of what you spend.

What should I ask other platforms before I sign?
